This is a compressive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties.
2. Utilization of this website is undertaken at you – the customer own risk and is a voluntary agreement that your access and the use hereof are subject to the terms and conditions in this legal notice along with all policies, which may change at any time without notice.
3. Naturally wagging attempts to insure that the contents of www.naturallywagging.com.au website is accurate and current at the time they are published. Prices of goods and services, postage, and handling fees and other charges displayed on www.naturallywagging.com.au website are current at the time of display and are subject to variation / change without notice. Naturally Wagging will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and other product information. However Naturally Wagging is unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Cancellation Of Orders

Naturally Wagging reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to

• Payment for orders [given available payment methods which are available] is not received by Naturally Wagging in 7 – 10 working days for the placing of the order with naturally wagging.

Naturally Wagging on cancellation of order will immediately notify you [the customer] of this action by email or phone, using the email address or phone number/s provided when order is placed.

Delivery

Naturally Wagging uses Australia post as its preferred shipper.

For deliveries within Australia please allow for 3-7 working days. International shipments will depend on the country of destination.

Delivery within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $6.00. Postage insurance is optional and is charged at $2.70.

Orders will be process by 5.00pm following the clearance of funds.

For international deliveries, upon placement of an order contact will be made via email within 24 hours to advise shipping costs.

If there is to be a delay in the dispatch of an order due to “OUT OF STOCK”, an email will be sent within 24 hours advising of the length on the delay.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made both online and offline. Online Naturally Wagging accepts the following credit cards through PAYPAL – MasterCard and Visa.

For international orders this is the only payment option accepted. An email will be sent within 24 hours to advise of the current exchange rate.

Offline Naturally Wagging is able to accept payments with credit card – MasterCard and Visa, cheques, money orders and electronic funds transfer.

Cheques and money order should be made out to “NATURALLY WAGGING”.

For international customers to Naturally Wagging orders can only be placed via the online shopping cart. Payment will only be accepted via PayPal.

To better protect your privacy we at naturally wagging use your information in the following ways:

• To complete your order
• To provide services at your request
• To send promotional material via mail or email – only if you the customer subscribes to receive the material.
• To contact you the customer should there be a question regarding your order.
• To identify products / services preferences so that Naturally Wagging may notify you the customer of new items or promotions that may be of interest.
• To improve Naturally Wagging merchandise selection, functionality of our website, customer service and the overall shopping experience.

Naturally Wagging does not sell or pass customer information on to third parties. All customer information is held by and for the exclusive use of Naturally Wagging.

You may return an item under the following conditions. We will be happy to offer a replacement item that of goods of equal value or an in store credit.

• However please contact Naturally Wagging first on 1300 310 633 to advise of the problem, and so measures are in place so that it does not happen again.
• Before returning a product please send naturally Wagging an email or telephone on 1300 310 633 within 30 days form delivery of the product/s to advise naturally wagging that you wish to return the goods.
• Return the items within 30 days of delivery with invoice as proof of purchase.

In the event that an item being damaged / broken in transit the following applies

• If an exchange is not available or desired, the customer will be given the option of an in store Credit or a gift certificate will be issued.

Due to the methods of payment accepted by Naturally Wagging refunds will not be issued.

As the customer you are responsible for the payment of the return shipping for the item. Replacement of damaged / broken products shipping will be covered by naturally Wagging.
